Had our AGM today and one of the shareholders asked during the Q&A if we had plans in the crypto space. My answer: Our user base is interested in crypto – but we're concerned on the impact it has on GPUs and the environment. But it's definitely something we're exploring right now

“It is unlikely that we will release our own cryptocurrency, but I do not exclude that we will start accepting one or more coins as payment for our equipment and services,” explained the head of Razer.
While the company’s customers are interested in the cryptocurrency space, Razer is concerned about how digital assets could impact the environment and the GPU market, Min-Liang Tan said.
At the end of May, Sheetz, one of the largest 24-hour supermarket chains in the United States, began accepting cryptocurrency. You can pay for purchases at Sheetz with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Dogecoin. For this, the company will cooperate with the Flexa cryptocurrency payment system.
