According to Justin Kahn, Fractal will be the first marketplace focused on non-fungible tokens in the gaming industry.Co-founder of Twitch streaming platform Justin Kahn announced the launch of the new Fractal NFT marketplace on the Solana blockchain.
The press release says that the trading platform already has agreements with game studios, which will soon present their own NFT on the site.
Fractal users will be able to buy tokens directly from marketplace partners, as well as issue their own NFT. According to Kahn, Fratcal is the first NFT marketplace to target non-fungible tokens in the gaming industry.
“Moving to in-game assets, which is NFT on the blockchain, will open up real ownership and new levels of interaction in games for players,” added Kahn.
In early December, the developer of computer games Ubisoft announced the launch of its own NFT marketplace . To create its own trading platform, the company chose the Tezos blockchain.
