According to the screenshots, a message was posted on the server about the release of new NFTs in collaboration with YouTube. Users were asked to go to a website whose domain contains the name of the video hosting, but is not an official resource. PecShield identified the link as phishing.
A message from the attackers was posted in the announcement channel. Now it is hidden from users. It is not yet known if there were any casualties and the extent of the damage.
In March , the Rare Bears NFT project was subjected to a similar hack. The attacker posted a phishing link on the project’s Discord channel, thanks to which he managed to steal 179 non-fungible tokens from various collections. Most of the stolen NFTs have been sold, the hacker managed to get 286 ETH, which is almost $800 thousand.
