Coinbase Will Allow To Pay For NFT With Bank Cards

The trading platform will allow paying for the purchase of non-fungible tokens with bank cards of the Mastercard payment system

Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has announced a partnership with the Mastercard payment system, which will simplify the mechanism for buying non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

In the near future, the trading platform will add the ability to pay for the purchase of NFT tokens with Mastercard bank cards. Coinbase believes that this will allow a wider range of consumers to buy NFTs.

In October 2021, Coinbase launched its own marketplace for non-fungible tokens, which allows you to create, sell and buy NFT tokens on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC-721 and ERC-1155 standards). In the future, the exchange plans to add support for other blockchains.
