Rare NFT Sold 99% Below Market Value

Non-fungible token # 3547 from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection was sold for 0.75 ETH (about $ 3K). The OpenSea marketplace has estimated this NFT at 60 ETH ($ 238 thousand)

On the NFT marketplace of OpenSea, a deal was made , as a result of which a rare non -fungible token # 3547 from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection was sold for 0.75 ETH (about $ 3,000 at the current exchange rate on December 13).

The market value of the token is almost 60 ETH ($ 238 thousand). The seller bought the token at the end of May for 1 ETH (about $ 2.2 thousand at the time of purchase).

Bored Ape Yacht Club is a collection of 10,000 monkey drawings of NFT tokens issued on the Ethereum blockchain.

Previously, photographer John Keough revealed that he managed to earn almost $ 1.4 million using an NFT token from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection.

Keough bought his token (# 9452) for 0.08 ETH (about $ 320 at the time of purchase) immediately after the release of the collection on May 1. On December 12, he sold this token for 347 ETH ($ 1.38 million at the time of the transaction).

At the moment, the most expensive token from the collection is NFT # 2087, which was sold at the end of September for 769 ETH (about $ 2.27 million at the exchange rate at the time of sale).
