RIT Capital Partners (formerly Rothschild Investment Trust) has invested in Aspen Digital, a digital asset management platform.
The platform brings together service providers that enable financial institutions and asset managers to invest in cryptocurrency.
In total, Aspen Digital raised $ 8.8 million. The largest investors of the platform, in addition to RIT Capital Partners, were Liberty City Ventures, Cherubic Ventures, Token Bay Capital, Somerley Capital and Chatchaval Jiaravanon & Chaval Jiaravanon.
In April 2021, RIT Capital Partners acquired a stake in the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange.
