10 unique works of the calligrapher will be exhibited on the Binance crypto exchange marketplace. All users of the trading platform will be able to participate in the auction.
Russian artist Pokras Lampas will release 10 unique NFT works. They will be put up for auction, which will take place after the launch of the Binance marketplace on June 24, a representative of the crypto exchange. Each calligrapher’s work will consist of three parts: video, audio and text.
The video is based on fragments of the artist’s canvases “elevated to a technical absolute”. This means that, due to the complexity of the graphics, they cannot be reproduced by hand with calligraphy, but each component is part of the canvases exhibited around the world.
Audio is the voice of the artist who reads the English manifesto clauses. Text – 10 points of the manifesto invented by Pokras Lampas of the calligraph tourism direction.
Pokras Lampas is the author and participant of many art projects and international exhibitions, performances and street art festivals. In June 2021, the artist launched a project for UEFA Euro 2020, officially presenting St. Petersburg for the European Football Championship.
Earlier it became known that Russian artists and designers will release 15 works in the format of non fungible tokens (NFT), which will be put up for auction a week before the official launch of the Binance marketplace.
The crypto exchange announced plans to launch a marketplace in March. Its users will get access to the new site through their accounts. They will also be able to transfer their own NFT to the marketplace for further sale or auction.
